LAX merging with SFO

First of all, Happy 2012! My this new year bring all of you happiness and enjoyment. My resolution is get back to updating this website as often as I used to! I have falled behind since the Holiday’s began, but I’m back into the swing of things.

On that note, here’s a quick update. When did LAX and SFO merge? The number one reason why I disliked flying to San Francisco was because of the constant delays due to the foggy weather, and recently, Los Angeles has been experiencing much of the same.

For almost the fifth night in a row LAX is the only airport posting delays. Tonight, they happen to be departure delays but for the last week of 2011, it was a delay fest. I’ll be posting later this week about my Chicago turn day which turned into one of the most hellacious days of my flying career and it all started with the fog.

It’s been crazy though, almost to the point of not even being able to see while driving. Luckily it was through a holiday week and most people were off from work and schools have been closed to help ease the traffic problems LA suffers from. But, gosh, SFO — take it back!
