The InFlight Team spoke about Transformational Travel on the nationally syndicated talk show “Daytime” as well as KPTV’s “MORE Good Day Oregon,” and they mentioned how a beach vacation can transform your psyche into a better, relaxed place. Now, a lucky viewer/reader has the chance to do just that!

The InFlight Team wants to know: If you could spend a day on the beach, with anyone, who would that person be and what would you be drinking? 

The winning entry will receive a two night stay at Hotel Kura Hulanda as well as a two night stay at Lodge Kura Hulanda for two adults.

    If I had to choose someone among the folks I already know — friends and family — with whom to spend a day at the beach, I would probably choose my son Roman. He will be going off to college in less than a year and I am treasuring every day with him til then. He would be drinking lemonade and I would be drinking Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka, on the rocks with a bit of Roman’s lemonade! If I had to choose from among everyone and anyone on earth — well, that’s a tougher call. Anthony Bourdain could be fun.

    If I could spend the day on the beach with anyone in the world it would be my husband. It will be our one year anniversary on November 18th. My husband has been in the Armed forces since the age of 17, and is the bravest man I know. He works long and laborious hours and I would love to surprise him with an amazing relaxing trip. We got married two days before he had to report for duty, and had to put our honeymoon on hold. I would love to layout on the beach, drinking margaritas with the love of my life.

    If I could spend the day with anyone on the beach it would have to be my best friend/husband and we will be drinking on mojitos.

    My day on the beach would be spent with me, myself and I. I ended a 2-year relationship recently and [with the help of my therapist] am getting to know a new ‘me’! I’ll take one of each, bartender!

    My partner and I started a long distance relationship two years ago. Early on she sent me a schedule of flights and at the top was a sale banner for Curacao. I responded, “forget Denver, let’s go to Curacao! That looks amazing.” Shortly after that, she sent me a picture of a Curacao beach with a few grass umbrellas and said, “I’ll meet you under the second umbrella with a pina colada, deal?” I have kept that picture as my computer screen background for two years!

    Ever since then we knew we’d visit one day. We were just recently married, and are saving for our trip to that umbrella!
