I see no problem with charging for carry on bags. I think it's a good idea. I find nothing more irritating when I fly than someone who takes advantage of the 'carry-on' concept by using the largest possible bag they can, just so they won't have to check luggage. Really? Is checking luggage really that onerous? I think not. As for paying to use the bathroom, part of me would love to see this happen just for not having to constantly move when the person next to me needs to pee six times during a two hour flight. Heh.
