If any money would ever be received in payment..... all of it would have to immediately be turned over to Washington State Workmen's Comp!!!! That's right!!!!!! Those being sued knew about drastic weather for 12 hours before this flight took off. No info was passed on to the airline from the FAA AND the Weather Service International! The nothing was again passed on from the airline involved to the flight crew...no matter waht the flight deck says. Read about the significance of Sigmet Reports before you blast these two flight attendants. Their decision to file suit came at the end of the filing period while waiting for people involved to come forward and tell the truth. One does not sue the FAA unless they know what they are talking about. The two f/a's are not "fly by night" (pardon the pun) f/a's. There is no truth whatsoever in the final pilot report of this accident to the NTSB. THIS IS NOT ABOUT BEING LITIGATION HAPPY AND ABOUT MONEY....lawsuit never was. Contempt of court? Never. Before you write something in print so that anyone can read...know what you are writing about. These f/a's waited and did just that. It is all about holding those at fault accountable.
